PAID TO THE LOCK BOX. Make checks payable to MHS Band Boosters.
Band Commitment Fee $50 (If paid on or before the 7/27 Mandatory Student and Parent Meeting, the fee is only $40!)
After the 7/27 meeting, the fee returns to the full cost of $50. If the fee is not paid by the first day of school, you will lose your spot on the field and the fee will increase by $5 for every 30 days late.

Band Uniform Fees
- Uniform Rental $50
- Fall Dry Cleaning $25
- Spring Dry Cleaning $25
Band Instrument Rental
- Fall semester instrument rental fee $25 due 9/1/2017
- Spring semester instrument rental fee $25 due 2/2/2018
Please note: Band Uniform Fees (total $100) and Instrument Rental Fees (total $50) can be submitted separately or on one check.
